@@AdobeBasics Believe me there are many who do hugely appreciate the time yourself and others take to do tutorial videos, i am one, Thank You. Only thing i do have difficulty with, and you are far from the worse, is the speed of the speech. I had to watch this at 0.5 speed.

@@mr.nobody9646 Ha! same speed i used. At normal speed it's even hard to pause to take in a point. To be fair there are a huge amount of technical tutorial videos out there at insanely faster speech rates. The one thing you need to be slowly spoken are indeed instruction videos. Loved the no frills style of this and am right now heading to the channel page to see other videos

What's the purpose of unchecking Use Composition's Shutter Angle and setting Shutter Angle to 360? Fantastic vid

Setting the shutter angle to 360 introduces a lot of motion blur, and "Use Composition's Shutter Angle" Introduces a little bit motion blur I believe. I don't know it for certain, but I always disable that option.

Edit: nvm just went onto some thread from 4 years ago and found the solution. still great video man. yo, i just have a quick question. In my premiere pro whenever I try and click and drag the numerical values in effect controls, it doesn't work. I have to manually type the value in for the position every frame. Was wondering if anybody knew a way to fix this issue? I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find anyone else having this problem.

Make sure the right clip is selected and that you change the correct position values

Good question! You can simply remove the transform effect from the clip. Hope this helps :)

To zoom out you can simply click on the reset icon next to position ans scale and it should be as always. Hope this helps :)

You could use after effects, which I also made a tutorial on. Alternative you might use a premiere pro plugin :)

I mean as an editor you are supposed to put in the hard work even for the little details. But you don't have to do it frame by frame, you can also skip some frames :)

Frame by frame? NO THANKS. This is the most inefficient method I have EVER seen, like oh my god. WE're not in 2008, this isn't CS4 Premiere, or even CS4 AE. If you want to spend literally an HOUR tracking by hand, by all means follow this tutorial but if you'd rather NOT, seek knowledge elsewhere. I would laugh at the imcompetency of this video but that would be admitting that it was at least entertaining in some way, and it wasn't.
