I only use after affects for motion graphics and stuff like this, I want to learn much more but I am more of a DP and normal Video Editor. But I have used After Effects for over 10 years now and this is the first time I have ever seen someone talk about all of these tracking techniques you can use with base AE, amazing video! This is why we follow you guys!

Of course, when the green screen footage includes those clear + characters, probably easiest to use those for the tracking points, and then adjust the actcual footage frame outside that. That's especially helpful when fingers cover the corners of the phone, which would otherwises easily destabilise the tracking.
