Can you please state more about your problems? There are many ways to simulate the blood flow through artery like porous media approach, multiphase problem etc.

@@advancecfdwithpratyush7162 Thanks for your reply. Actually I am working on coronary artery hemodynamics. In my case the flow is laminar, non- Newtown and pulsating in nature. I am learning OpenFoam but struggling to implement this problem there. If you make a tutorial it will be very helpful for us.
I am having 'no rules to make target' erro when I type wmake. what could it be? could you help me?

One possibility could be: Just check the name of .C in Make/files it could be different from the .C you want to compile ...

@@advancecfdwithpratyush7162 already checked and it's ok. I noticed that the same error occurs when I type wmake on a solver in the home folder. you think it has to do with administrator access? I am using windows btw. thanks for the response
