Can I ask why a bowl to mix the stone and not into a large jug I thought it would make pouring easier? I'm ordering for Christmas this year

A large plastic jug would definitely work, but a plastic bowl tends to be something that most people already have.

That depends on the kit. We can only give ratios for our own materials and kits I'm afraid!
