Hi,would adding the same amount if sodium silicate work the same?

After that, do you just fire it and the colors come through on their own?

No, that's a whole other story. The colors flash onto the pot during the firing process from oxides at are placed onto the pot. See how a pit fire is done. Keep going. It's fun.

Could be either but try stoneware(add grog first)

You are wearing a mask when dumping the Ball Call into the bucket, but then you use your mouth to siphon it? Isn't that just as dangerous?

The mask is just to stop her from breathing in clay dust, as soon as the powdered clay is soaked into the water it’s completely safe
