The trick is to constantly challenge yourself. After reading something, ask “how does this relate to what I’ve already learned?” and “how do I use this practically”, or “why does this actually work this way?”. In general, the harder the topic, the higher likelihood you’ll remember it. And DON’T WRITE NOTES until a while after studying something! Your brain is a muscle, no effort = no gain!
Bro has such a good memory that he forgot to answer the question.

It really varies why you can't retain. Normally everyone needs revision of things they want to learn and memorize. Good retention is also a product of postive living environment or genetics but it can also fade easily with time if mind gets affected by toxic turn of environment . So, keep good company, stay positive and revise.

I've do research about this, and want to write down the research into a book, but still a plan. Here is what I got. The reason why forget after read some books : 1. The interesting parts usually will last longer to remember. 2. Your desire decided it to be write down longer or shorter. 3. If you have lost interesting what you had remember, with automatic move in the brain and the bad habits that If the brain don't like it anymore it will get removed by brain. 4. The important things are your desire, willing, to keep it. 5. The right methods to remember is also a important parts, usually when unclear information get absorbed by brain the information will hard to wrtie down in the brain, even though it's have already remember it will forget easily. That's, There's still a lot of it actually. And also the knowledges how to control brain movement is not common to be discuss in public, and that's why if this keep continue the ability of human brain willget decreased. Sorryy for bad English, I know it. The wrong lessons will lead to the wrong of thinking of human brain. The wrong views will lead someone to be blind by faith. The wrong actions will lead someone to undesirable results.

Basically its what goes on in your head when you are reading it and after you read it. So a random person would read sentence after sentence without stopping and forget most of it. He would read a sentence or paragraph, think 99 different ways on it, like how can I summarize it in my own words, how does it relate to stuff I already know, how do I use this info in the real world, who is this important to, how does it compare to other similar ideas, what might the next sentence elaborate on, what is the underlying principles, what am I curious about after reading this, what sample problems can I create from this, think about it again during showers, again when driving in the car, etc, AND THEN continue reading. So you can see how it would stick a whole lot better in his head than a random person's.

my personal method is pretty straight-forward and is serving me wonders here the day before my national exam tomorrow: read the chapter or the unit, then answer the end of unit/chapter questions, mark down what you couldn't answer on a piece of paper or little notebook you have, then go over the chapter/unit once more whilst focusing on what you couldn't answer at the end of the chapter. mind you: the first read shouldn't exceed more than 10 or so minutes, and the second should take half the time to go through; granted: that is if you have a very basic grasp of the chapter.
You answered without really answering?

You say 1 month. I'm gonna forget this short in the very second I scroll to the next 😂😂
No answers given so see guys brain is very good at forgetting it’s a function tbh ur discards information which it doesn’t need so anytime u remember something attach an emotion or some strong connection so that it doesn’t forget when u remember the incident u retrieve information, I think this may help
It’s not about process, it’s about how frequently you revise it.

Man, I love how instagram is invading this place. The title will just be "How to..." and the whole video is just a big anxious nothingburger with a cta hastily tacked on as if that did more for your sales than a banner ad. Sure, mere exposure yada yada, but you can get people genuinely excited to buy whatever you're selling by giving them a good piece as a taste. The more pieces the more people will trust you and the better the piece the more they want what you have.

Ok so this is just my research online : ways to memorize /learn better. A) If it's a subject you find difficult. Just befriend it first. Make humorous remarks if you can't remember. Make it into a song Use acronym or random idea to help you remember. B) If big books /portion scare you. Read in parts. Break it. read 80 to 100% but by heart it 60-70% perfectly as much as possible. C) Take one 5-10 mins break where you're creative or meditate to improve focus. (do not use any mobile, tv, laptop, tablet or videogames it will ruin your memory at this time.) playing with a offline toy ,rubics cube, portable chess board, cards solitaire, solo catch catch, dart throw, singing, drawing, colouring, playing an instrument dancing, cooking etc. Whatever Relaxes you. It will increase and exercise your muscles and memory. 1) Skim quickly, underline nouns /numerical info. 2) re-read properly word by word. 3) Byheart it by reading loudly or writing or roaming around. With or without music whatever suits you. 4) Make small key notes notebook, for quick and easy to remember acess. 5) revise. Schedule a practical timetable to revise from time to time. 6) Don't be shy to ask for help from others or to help others to clear eachothers doubts. 7) Read spiritual learnings just 3 sentences to stay strong willed and grounded. If you feed the wrong idea others give you, you'll end up in a really dark space. 8) Don't compare it's a slow poison. See if your level is growing or not. 9) Perfection is an idea not many will achieve so accept it and become the best version of yourself you'll be proud of . Perfectly imperfect people have created history you can create your version. 10) Despite hardwork. Everyone's race is different even if it looks same. For some their time to shine was in teens, for some it was 30s or 40s even. So focus on your grounding, good people, overall growth and learnings. Baki bhagwan pe chodd do. Remember marks do not define you. Real life experience is the real deal you'll actually learn there. Change your place if it's not working for you. Develop soft skills alongside. Try and find what works for you. Be sincere. All the best 👍🌻

I only understand - process as answer.
What is the process?
I wanna come to one of your workshops.
So what is the process we should use?
so what process to use?
It is not very easy to retain everything you read in one go you have REVISE it again and again and again...
What method you follow is more important while reading. If you mug up, recalling just a paragraph becomes tougher, while if you get the concept , you can comprehend, remember and retrieve a 1000 pages of information from your mind.
Summary: It's how you attain the knowledge that decides for many days you remember it. The process is something he always talkes about and it's a 60 sec clip so unable to explain it here
for me, the reason is more often than not because I didnt breakdown the etymology so forgot the word for it.

Based On the process today ❤❤
To read and what interests you store or what is new that makes you interested in it.. you might end up remembering 500 pages and principles
Take twice or three times as long to learn a bit of information. It will obviously be a slower process. Bit, you'll retain that information more than what the average person will.

Just because someone is selling a course and openly advertising their course on their KZread channel does not mean it's a low-quality cash grab. Obviously Not. After all how would you expect anyone to sell their brain child? Just make it and *hope* people stumble across their site and buy it??? I've bought his course...it's pretty good and far better than I expected at doing what he sets out to accomplish. Technically it's more of a "Training program" than a course because they have bunch of trainers and discord channels where they spend months training the noobs how to learn to study effectively and the principles behind studying effectively.
