i really love mid range shots thx for this. for me i think i’m more used to mid ranges than 3 point cuz i started basketball late and when i first started i was too weak for 3pts and now i’m really good at mid range and now i’m just practicing finishing, thx coach

Thx coach rock!!! I literally watched the vid this morning before walking to the court and practiced it! It’s funny because I remember ... think it was two years ago in the championship game for third place I hit a floater ... by instinct (no practice before the game that day) because the help defense was already near the basket so naturally a floater came to mind and I made it. I mean we lost the game but I made the shot lol In the future can you do a vid how to absorb contact while driving to the basket without losing control of the ball? Thx! You’re the best 🔥🏀🔥🏀🔥

Hey coach I know I’m late but on a floater should I follow through with palm open or with my wrist flicked like a shot
@RevengeBasketball
2 жыл бұрын
I would say either. It's all about comfort but it's really like a palm open flick. so kind of a mix between the two.
As a 6'1 pg, I really needed this

Sir you explained when to use the floater and you said we have to go here and then shoot the floater but kindly explain HOW to shoot a floater like a proper mechanism or technique to shoot it🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌
floater never fails, is one of my main weapons, specially 'cause here in chile the centers arent so high!

Suprised you're shooting it like a jumpshot with the wrist flicked and not like a high-five-type motion. Any particular reason for that?

@@RevengeBasketball for real, love your content. What I was looking for though is a tutorial about the strange form for floaters where you shoot it with barely flicking your wrist and trying to have no spin on the ball. Whenever I try i end up flicking my wrist and it defaults back to my jump shot release
BTW. I know they say I am a fan of golden hoops but if you ain’t a fan of Revenge Basketball I can’t talk to ya 😎
