आपका वीडियो सही मायने में नए लोगों के लिए बहुत लाभकारी है, मैं अभी शुरू करने की स्टेज पर हूँ, अभी कुछ फाइनल नहीं किया। सही प्रेसर की मशीन कैसे फाइनल करें, कितना प्रेसर सही होगा माप के अनुसार? साधारण पावर प्लांट से क्लास c या f कौनसा ऐश मिलता है, और वो ग्रुप 1 से 9 में से कौनसा होता है? चुना और जिप्सम के साथ बनाने पर भी थोड़ा डिटेल में बताए? केमिकल कम्पोजीशन के हिसाब से मिक्सचर में कुछ मात्रा में गाय का गोबर भी मिला सकते है क्या? स्टोन कटिंग प्लांट से स्लरी मिलती है वो भी काम ले सकते है क्या? मिक्सचर को कितने समय तक मिक्स करना बेस्ट रहता है? केमिकल फैक्टरीज में चूने से वाशिंग के बाद जो इंडस्ट्रियल वेस्ट जिप्सम निकलता है वो काम का है क्या? सीलिंग के लिए IIT मद्रास में जो 10*20 के होलो पैनल बनाये गए जो कि इसी इंडस्ट्रियल वेस्ट जिप्सम व फाइबर से बनाये वो वास्तव में कितने उपयोगी है? मेरा लक्ष्य साधारण ब्रिक्स की बजाय इंटरलॉकिंग टेरा ब्लॉक ब्रिक जिसमे बीच मे 2 होल होते है वो बनाने का है, वो क्ले से तो बाहर के देशों में तो बनाई जाती है उसे फ्लाई ऐश से बनाये तो जिसका साइज भी 12*5 होता है उसके बारे में भी अगर हो सके तो डिटेल वीडियो करें? जेटली जी व आपके द्वारा दी जा रही बारीक से बारीक जानकारी व आपके प्रोडक्ट्स जिस पर कोई ध्यान नहीं देता वो नए उद्यमी के लिए स्थापित होने के लिए बहुत काम की है। धन्यवाद जय माँ भारती

But which lime% is it, slacked lime or dry lime lump or hydrated lime ?? - where we get class C fly ash in india..? - can we make quality bricks from 30-40%flyash, 40-50%sand, 6-7%wet lime from rajasthan, 1% gypsum???.....??? Ideal(mininum % ) of lime powder/wet lime in bricks... - can we mix fine sand with coarse sand...??? What percent??

You can use any water . Get the water tested in any lab to determine the usage of it in construction.

Small vibration will help you to fill material more so that it gets compacted properly. When Flyash is wet it does not fill properly if the mould, if the vibration is given during the time of feeding mix it will fill properly and it can be compressed to get better strength.

water ratio is depending on the moisture content in your raw materials and physical appearance. if you use concrete penetrometer its shows you how compression is differed with the pressure of your hydraulic press. If more water added and compressed with high pressure also your penetrometer result will be less because of softness.
