Very well structured & articulated. Thanks for your Effort Amer. Just onething I need to bring to your notice, Sometime your voice getting very low due to your mike position, on other hand, it was very loud & clear in other position. After watching this video, we learn about Risk, Risk Management Plan - Risk Report ( Risk review meeting) - Risk Register - difference between Risk Register and Issue log, Risk Ranking Techniques, Specially tools for Quantitative Risk analysis. Then response of the Risk Positive and Negative, their sub categories. When Risk required to escalate to Management. Difference between Active & Passive Risk Acceptance. And in this lesson we learnt when the Change request is Required.
