    Great video Lii, and lovely to hear from you. You are doing lots of good things to support your physical health and mental wellbeing. I will include some of them in my own routine. I am very bad at staying hydrated - I never feel thirsty, so you gave me a helpful reminder. You have made good choices in your supplements - I am taking pretty much the same. Vitamin D is being thoroughly studied for MS, and looks to be useful. It's not always easy for mothers to get enough rest, because the children are never far from their thoughts!
