Love you guys! I want to make a few myself. As we age... we've got to remain capable of catching ourselves in the event of a possible fall. Practicing with a wobble board is key.

In A recent eval with my surgeon he was mentioning neck traction therapy ( I've already done it at a chiropractic office years ago ) . If you are familiar with the boxes they have on the wall that you bring your head into to help stretch the neck can you show us how to make one of those ? I think it would be great to have regardless to help people with tension headaches , relax upper muscles . If you think it's safe enough for the layman as a type of in home physical therapy device please think about it . Thanks, in my case I believe they are going to do RF on my neck like they did my lumbar but we both know that won't last long. Thanks for any feed back.

How large should the diameter of the wooden half sphere be?

Big box does one cut for free, has anyone tried that? Another great platform would be a stool top, round or otherwise.

imho telling people- "If you don't know how to do it, then dont' do it" when it comes to a simple thing like sawing and screwing in a screw, is silly... Most men already can't do anything on their own and need an 'expert' to do it for them. Men should know how to screw in a screw and saw a wooden ball in half. It's not that hard. If they don't try they will never learn and remain clueless
