little tip if you think you can do it without breaking anything but if you trim the plastic that it butts up against you can get even more

You could use a Dremel so that is doesn’t crack

This one is just a no brand generic chinese atv but this'll work on most atvs with that limiting screw.

not a speed restriction screw it prevents you from moving the throttle to hard and potentially snapping the cable, don't do this

You'd break the lever before you broke the cable, plus it isn't to stop you from breaking the cable it's to adjust the WOT carb barrel position. Loosening this screw will allow the barrel to slide up higher allowing more air and fuel into the engine.

Quad bike? A bike has 2 wheels so saying quad bike is a conundrum.
