I live in the US and the plugs are so different. Is it 110 wiring or 220 to make this? I want to make one for my home and have no clue what electric wire to use here in the US

you will use this video electric same wiring in USA bcoz in this project no need any power converter but in USA using 110v so heating water slowly may be 1 or 2 min time late compared to india. voltage

I plan to make something similar out of toaster oven parts. Toasters have a heating element, temperature control, and a timer so I don't burn the place down when I forget to turn it off.

Nope warm at best while water is flowing. The water flow rate would need to be super slow on the inlet for the outlet for be hot. By the time you filled the tub up with hot water the tub would be cold.

Very nice and also to add there should be an overflow protection and temperature regulations

Baiknya buat tutorial sampe ke pemakai, ada instalasi pipa sehingga airnya langsung bisa digunakan , seperti chanel Fitri Arianto keluaran heaternya bisa digunakan dg kombinasi panas dan dingin.... kalo liat hasil karya mas Mugi air panasnya ga bisa di pakai tuh ...kepanasan.bisa melepuh kalo dipake langsung , sama halnya air panas dari manasin dalam panci diatas kompor....cuma saran aja mas....smoga channel mas mugi terus berkembang ......salam

It is very dangerous. Don't ever DIY electric heater using alternating current 220/110 volt.. lower voltage is better. Direct current is more safe.

You are putting people under risk with such tutorials which lack clear details including best practices and hazards involved and safety precautions. A heater without grounding along with water exposure is fatal combination. How irresponsible can you be yo get some views out of KZread. Lastly, anyone who wishes to DIY a heavy duty electrical device in youtube is most likely not knowledgeable enough to handle issues that come along with it. This is a serious hazard. Please take down this video. And for the ones planning to do this, just spend a little more and purchase a normal geyser. Your life and the life of your family members is way more valuable to be cutting corners.
