How to make Vietnamese Yogurt in an Instant Pot - Using 4 oz. mason jars with BPA Free lids
Ingredients:
• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
• 5 cans of whole milk (use the same condensed milk can to measure)
• 1 can of plain yogurt with live cultures (use the same condensed milk can to measure)
Instructions:
• Combine everything in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
• Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps.
• Pour the mixture into mason jars and place in the inner pot.
• Pour about 1 cup of water into the inner pot.
• Close Instant Pot lid and select Yogurt mode for at least 8 hours (default).
Note: For extra tartness increase the time to 12 hours.
