Looks good. I like the little storage thing too. My family can be OCD about sealing stuff. One time they took 4 leftover hamburger buns out of the bag and put them in a ziplock bag. When there were 2 left they then put them in a smaller bag.

I made this exactly as you did and my husband said, 'best bread ever" Now, it's a weekly staple in my house!

I totally agree! When you look at the label from the store bought bread, there is so many chemicals and ingredients that is really unbelievable. Once you start making bread regularly, it is like anything else that you cook. Blessings!

I have the pullman loaf pan in my cart on amazon but I still decided to give the recipe a try. WOW! I'm so glad I did! I used two regular loaf pans and they turned out beautifully! THE best bread recipe I have used so far! I need to figure out the mixing and kneading times by had in case we are off grid soon, but I LOVE his bread! Thanks so much!

With the Pullman the bread is a little more dense but you can use this recipe for regular loaf bread. It taste so good!

OH this is the coolest bread pan I have ever seen...Its amazing and the bread turned out perfect!!

I'm so glad you posted this video. I was scared to make a Pullman loaf. But after watching your video, I dove in and boy am I glad I did. And so is my family! I did exactly like you did and it turned out perfect. We will never buy store bought sandwich bread again. This recipe is so good. Perfect size, perfect crust, and perfect crumb. Wonderful flavored bread!!! And I love how you tuck the ends in. It worked so well for me. The only thing I did differently was to butter the top while it was still in the pan and I let it sit for 5 minutes without the lid before take the loaf out of the pan. We had it with our dinner tonight and the whole family loved it.

I got the same pan on order. Can't wait to try it! Loved your video... could you possibly give me the info on that awesome looking airtight bread container you used? It's the perfect size for that loaf and I got to have it!!!! LOL

That is beautiful!! I am getting all this so I can make my own bread Also I found a bread slicer guide to make every slice equal... not sure if I need it or not, but i know that if I am going to convince my wife to want to have home made bread, it will have to look like its from the STORE LOL

It taste super good! I learned the other day, that you need to just make a very small pressure to the bread and use a serrated knife to do it. Try it it works! Blessings
