I used a 3mm non-woven reinforcement that I bought at Michaels

What needle did you use to assemble the brim ? and did you purchase a brim on the internet ? Excellent by the way, very inspiring!

Thank you!! I used the same needle for the brim as I did for the hat material. This is because the material I used for the brim is a 3 mm reinforcement and not a real hat brim. I imagine if you use a real hat reinforcement then you'll have to use a different needle

Nice! I’ve been wanting to try this for sometime now. Did you use the same presser foot for all stitches?

I've made a few caps but always struggle with the peak. What kind of material did you use for insert of the peak?

I used a 1.5mm non-woven reinforcement that I got from Micheals. It's not a traditional peak so it's not firm as your would expect but it holds the flat shape well

Really like the video, what is the material you used inside of the brim? some sort of flexible foam?
