Not totally true, I posses Parselmouth. I am of the Woodian House. The wood speaks to me. :-)
Jon, what brand of metal bending tool are you using in the video? Or where did you buy it? And were you able to make the roughly 6 inch diameter of the kickstand part with this tool? The broom you made is great. I made one myself that I will have to post some pictures of when I figure out how to do that.I made my kickstand out of acetal rod which I have to heat and then form it to the shape I need. And I would like to try the aluminum rod instead. Thanks for any help you can offer.
I am a huge HP fan and I would love one of these and a firebolt LOL!

Hello I would like to say great job and it looks great and would love to buy one if you make and sell them thank you
Hey Jon! This broom is amazing but is there and easier way to make the kickstand because I don’t know how to work with metal and I really want to make it
@JONSDIY
4 жыл бұрын
Minz, I actually considered buying moldable plastic and making the kick stand. It is really easy to shape and paint. But with the weight of this broom I was unsure if it could hold the weight when dry. But there is also 2 gauge wire that you can bend by hand. That would probably do the trick as well.
11:30! And I’m still watching Harry Potter DIY’s. It must be good!

hi, congratulations on the magnificent work, could you tell me the measurements of this raw wood?
@JONSDIY
10 ай бұрын
The 2x6 was 6ft long. I ended up cutting it to a little under 4 feet once I had my sketch on the board. draw out and cut the base (where the bristles are) longer. That way if you need to shorten it to get the right size you can. If you start to short, then you have no way to make it longer.
This is amazing omg
