Thank you, Jessica! This is so timely, and knowing that you don't have to come home with all the knowledge memorized (more focus on meeting people) kind of releavessome of the pressure. 😀

Excellent video as sometimes conferences can be boring. I appreciate your honesty about expectations about the conference. Learning and networking are very important aspects of attending such an event. Fantastic advice.

Love the tip to go for the people. So true that conferences are a golden opportunity to network, but you can often absorb the content at a later date. Great tips, Jessica! Cheers!

Great tips! I definitely agree, networking is one of the most important things to focus on at a conference. I've been to many conferences, but might need to check out Alt Summit next year.

Thank you Jessica! Dinner with yawl at Video Marketing World was an eye opener ... so thank you for that. Also, I read confernece crushing (Roberto's suggestion). That let me realize the importance of the hallway over the sessions. You're the best! -John

Wonderful video Jessica! I've normally gone to jewelry industry conferences but am going to my first VidCon in July. I would also love to find a smaller conference to go to first.

This is so true. I love going to conferences because I get to meet a lot of people that have the same interest as mine. It is exciting and I am learning a lot from them. Also, I get to understand different views, ideas, and goals. Last time I was in an Affiliates conference, it was so good. Glad to know that a lot of people are into online marketing nowadays.

Hey Jessica, Hope I was one of the memorable ones (in a good way, Lol) from Podfest. Thanks for having lunch with me. Love this advice. One of the things that was said at Podfest was "It's not who you know, but who knows you"
