2kg Fresh Fish
1 tsp Blackpepper
2 tsp Knorr Seasoning or 1 Maggi Cube
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Onion Powder
3 Tomatoes
1 large Onion (save some to garnish and to fry in oil when frying fish)
2 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper ( for Garnishing)
3 tbsp Tomatoes Paste
1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Blackpepper
½ tsp Whitepepper
2 tsp Knorr Seasoning or Maggi Cube
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Dry Parsley or Use Fresh Parsley
Fresh Chilli or Scotch Bonnets(adjust according to spicy level)

Claudy I’m going to get to this one but since I did the ribeye and chicken I just keep doing those over and over from finally being comfortable
