For the yogurt, we use the empty can of the nido milk to measure the water.
For the YOGURT:
1 can (400g) of nido milk
1 can of boiling water
2 cans of room temperature water
1 pot (500g) of Greek yogurt
1can (410g) of evaporated milk
1 can (397g) of condensed milk (optional )
Nutmeg (optional )
Vanilla sugar (optional )

I will prefer you add milk to it, if it’s too thick but not water. And that will be cold milk.

Your yogurt will be sour if you leave to ferment for too long. That’s why I say 8h, if you are in a very very hot country 6 h should do.

Hello, it’s not an issue unless it smells bad then it’s spoiling. If not then your yogurt is still good, it happens ( its a temperature issue) but that water is not bad in fact it’s full of protein, you can keep or remove it. I always keep it. Get a whisk and mix your yogurt very well until smooth and you will see the magic. Thank you🙏❤️

Because it was not needed in this recipe. If you notice well, I added the boiling water to the milk powder first, mixed it well before adding the room temperature water. That will help in killing potential bacterias and avoid lumps. Thank you🙏❤️
