It’s another beautiful day and today we are making our favorite agua fresca because everyone deserves to enjoy a cold and refreshing creamy strawberry horchata, this recipe is super easy and let me tell you it’s seriously the best now the trick to have a smooth horchata depends on your blender as well as straining, no horchata should have a powdery taste or feeling it should go down smooth so make sure you blend for a good amount of time to pulverize the rice as well as making sure it gets strained correctly ☺️💕 I hope you enjoy it as much as we do and if you do please let me know in the comments and if you new here, welcome, become part of our family it is FREE, just hit that subscribe bottom ☺️ I promise you, you will not regret it ♥️ love you all thank you again got joining us today!

PRO TIP!!!!
✅blend until rice is pulverized
✅add more water to dilute if you want it less concentrated
✅use a cheesecloth to prevent powdery/grainy texture
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup long grain white rice such as mahatma
1 large cinnamon stick
4 cups boiling water
1 1/2 lb fresh strawberries
3/4-1 cup sugar or agave nectar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups milk
4 cups water(optional or you can use 6 cups milk only)
1 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
1 tsp strawberry concentrate
Lots of ice when serving
1 serving of love 💕

The drink looks great but I especially liked how she coordinated her outfit and nails with the beverage. Her hand movements at the beginning and end were fun too.

I modified this because I'm not a big dairy fan and neither is my stomach (lol). I suvstituted all the milk for Vanilla Almond Milk, Vanilla Extract and a little Almond Extract. The result was delicious and non dairy! I like cold drinks so I did blend with some ICE as well.
