First time I've heard and seen a flour gorditas in my 67 yrs, they look sooo delicious and I'm going to try your recipe. For being so young you sure do know how to cook, many blessings from Texas!!!

Yes thank you! Knowing how to make chicarrones en salsa verde or rojo is a MUST. I personally prefer the chicarrones at the meat market with the pieces of meat nonetheless I know this is delicious. Ladies please try this recipe if you haven't before you will win your mans heart.

I love learning through food how we share more than we think. From a different culture but man we eat the same thing just differently. I grew up on pork skins (hot sauce) and crackling. We never ate them this way but I would loooove to try it. 😋😋😋 Loved seeing your Papa too.
