Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef
My taco seasoning mix:
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder, oregano, ground cumin, paprika, chili powder, black pepper
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp tomato paste
2 tbsp APF (all purpose flour)
My quick nacho sauce** get quality cheddar cheese and shred it!!!
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
Slurry (2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water)
1 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
1/2 tsp salt, black pepper and cayanne or chili
8oz medium cheddar cheese
8oz sharp cheddar cheese
For my chipotle sauce mix:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chipotle sauce
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
1/2 tsp cumin, garlic powder, onion flakes, chipotle powder and salt
For the crunch wrap:
Large burrito size flour tortillas
Tostada shells
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Sour cream
1 serving of love 💕

I like to put my seasoned & cooked ground beef in a food processor for about 4 seconds...just enough to break it down super fine like Taco Bell....and lower the heat on the griddle and place a weight on top for toasting. I have to say, the pickled jalapeño juice in the cheese sauce was brilliant!
Nice technique adding flour to cooked beef to incorporate the fat/grease as flavor. Much easier than me trying to drain the grease into a jar and losing some of my meat as it falls into the sink. Thank you!
