For me, this is all about the tomato. 😃 These big juicy beefsteak tomato's make for a really satisfying bite when they're this thick. You could always slice it thinner if that's your preference.

When the tomato is this good, I don't think you can have too much 😊. I think if you try it, you'll find the balance of flavour and texture very satisfying. This is all about celebrating the best tomato, with a little lettuce and bacon to support.
