Materials:
1/2 pack of couscous pasta (boiled)
1 cup boiled chickpeas
2 cucumbers
1 carrot
2 hot peppers
4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of pomegranate sourness
4 tablespoons olive oil
Its making:
1-Chop the cucumbers, carrots, peppers, tomatoes and parsley into small cubes.
2-in a large bowl, mix boiled couscous, boiled chickpeas, chopped vegetables, salt, olive oil and pomegranate sour.
3-cut the Grilled Cheeses in half in the middle and fry them on a greased, hot grill base.
4-take the salad into the serving bowl, place the hot hot fried cheese on it and serve.
