I broke my desk and I need the new one. I was hoping to have an adjustable desk that can raises for standing use. I saw IKEA product and the price was too crazy expensive. So, I make my own adjustable desk using used woods and sliders that I bought online.
Here are links to get the drawer slider:

This is seriously impressive. If this young man can build an adjustable desk with only one piece of hardware, a power drill, nails, strings, rubber bands, and a hammer (he didn’t even use a manual screwdriver), he would be a big asset for a shop doing concept designs for low-cost, functional, light assembly products. If he were exposed to enough materials to choose from, his ingenuity could really be worth quite a lot. There is a lot of potential here, and I’m sharing this. Help me give him some exposure, and please do the same.

must say, I was judging his early wood work but so impressed with his final build especially the string system.. genius!!
I'm so sorry for the boring music. That wasn't the original music of the video. I got copyright claim on the music I used before. I have no much choices for free music that provided from KZread. But hope you guys still enjoy the making process :)

I'm impressed that he casually made something I have wanted for years
Very impressive! So many woodworkers these days use seemingly countless power & non-power tools along with several jigs ,creating products with high-end woods and other materials. It was refreshing to see a very usable, well built project created with elbow grease and very basic tools using wood that others usually throw in the scrap pile. Well, well, well done!!! Be well & enjoy your well thought out gamer table. Can you hear that?? Its me applauding you!

The fact that he has that big of a backyard means he was capable enough to buy a readymade one but he chose to not to and rather resuse the wooden blocks leftover from the construction work of his backyard. This is so inspiring !
impressive! despite old tools and materials, it didnt stop him from doing it.

Legitimately one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen. He’s officially the king of real DIY!
Yeah, I almost never comment on videos but this is definitively a great video, finally found someone who actually did a DIY adjustable desk, most of the guys buy super expensive shit from the internet and then just put a table on top, definitively not a DIY , but this one here is a treasure! keep up the good work!
Now this is a DIY
This is what I've been looking for! I've been trying to design a folding wall desk and couldnt figure out a cheap way to adjust and lock the height. Thank you for this!
This design is a lot better than all the commercial models out there. I haven't seen one like this on the market.

Came here looking for copper and I found GOLD!
Imagine what else he could do if he had all the resources. This was hella amazing.
I just know two things 1. This was the most satisfying video about desks I ever seen 2. I would never build and standing desk
Aside from this amazing DIY table which honestly is damn mindblowing, the video editing was equally amazing as well. This video was so freaking impressive.
i love how he made the foot rest, also very realistic DIY that is accessible to almost anyone. i love it!

dude, if just a small fraction of the world had the dedication and ingenuity you have, the world would be a better place for everyone.
You are a real diy guy, that can make something out of nothing with minimum tools , I can just think what you can make with some decent tools love you enthusiasm keep it up!!
man, this is the level of awesome I want in DIY. it reminds me of things i did when i was younger. I think people underestimate how much it takes to see the end result out of a pile of stuff. Basically, if you go down to a place like habitat for humanity store, you could build this for like 10-30. My hats off to you, I appreciate your enthusiasm and ingenuity. I wish you great success and opportunities for that same energy you showed here. Cheers - Quantum

Legend has it, this man took out Predator, Arnold, and Rambo with a soda can and a bag of string.
Masterpiece comes from the creative mind, never from the sophisticated tools. Awesome!
this is the epitome of "work with what ya got" DIY 👏🏼
add some springs to the rails, so the tabletop's weight is countered ;)
This is solid dude, you're like the Macgyver of DIY. I would say you might want to change the pipe you use for adjusting the height, the cord will ware out after short time from rubbing against the pipe but other than that it amazing video .
Great innovations! A true DIY build with minimal tools.
So much less complicated, yet so much more complex than desks those fancy carpenters can do.

Great and you inspired me. We in Czech Republic used to make lot of things ourselves during era of socialism.
You have done very well and made a really nice and comfortable desk, while only having a minimum of tools and resources. Quite an enviable desk.
the quality of your tools is inspiring!
You are so smart. To be able to take what you have and build something like that, genius.

You really did a great job Dharma. The attention to detail all around, but I really how you made the adjustment system to raise and lower, putting the sliders in to the legs and the foot rest had me cracking up. I've done some wood working projects but nothing so intricate. I will be watching this a few times to really study how you completed this masterpiece. Thanks for sharing!
Man this is great! I love the simple and effective locking mechanism!
This probably the best DIY I’ve ever seen. Keep it up!
Very cool, much smarter than expensive motorize ones. 10/10

The Best way to make a height adjustable desk. ❤ Thanks. You saved my life (actually neck).
Definition of diy! Genius!
Way to be creative. Not many people can be creative like that. Great job!
Love it, one of few legit cheap DIY videos out there. nice work!
That was awesome, loved it! Just a quick tip about the uneven legs, I have a saying: Measure 3 times, cut once. That goes for everything wood related. I make sure that I only have to drill once and that it is as accurate as can be. Hope this helps. Cheers, mate, keep it up!
Surprised on how decent it looks
Who the heck needs a table saw!? This is a wonderful DIY project and actually gives inspiration to true beginners and builder enthusiasts! LOVE!!
