Посмотрел видео и решил по такой же системе сделать на 100квт. Ток при 12в был всего 8000 ампер. Но это легко решается проводами из чистой меди сечением 1 метр. Всем советую.

2500 вт? Значит по 12 вольтам ток 200 А (в идеальном случае, при кпд 100%). А не тонковаты ли проводочки? Ай да Кулибин. Да что там - Тесла!🙂 Но зато пол ляма просмотров. А я бы банил таких Коперфильдов. Потому что ни слова в описании, что это розыгрыш. А ведь многие верят.

Ну китайских 2500 может и есть, типа на пару секунд, могет, значит 2500 можно писать большими цифрами. А вот с частотой косяк, хотя никто и не обещал 50 Гц. Так что в китайскую серию можно запускать 2500 на пару сек есть и синус есть. Кстати драйвер tl494., А транзисторы irfz44 50а Макс х 4 как раз 200 а, вот мощность рассеивания не более 110 Вт с учётом простоя одного полупериода плюс ШИМ, может на 1000 ват потянет. Но трансформатор явно не тянет . И вообще если надо 50 Гц нужно выпрямить 220 и опять шимкой сделать синус 50 гц на выходе высоковольтными ключами, должно получится наверно, чтоб не таранить 50 гц. Огромный трансформатор)))))

At 12v you need 208 amps from input these tiny wires will burn faster then a christmas tree. Way to small mosfets and transformer. The output can't be sinewave because the transformer need squarewave to run effective and at the output no dc link with modulated fullbridge to implement sinewave also no feedback signal. And what about the output 50Hz on an HF transformer this transformer need like 20-50khz. Nice try tho but this is clearly fake don't fool people by using something like a master-slave socket to turn on these lamps with 230v sitting on slave while you connect a small load to your bench power supply on master

Exactly There is no way for a prefected wave like that will be output from this type of transformers Also linking the middle pin of the transistors while its already linked via the heatsink Lol Just take a thick wire from the heatsink instead its already linked to the middle pin of all transistors 😂

Почти всё видео промотал, поскольку умею паять намного лучше, чем данный монтажник. и во время этих перемоток сложилось мнение, что задача видео - исключительно размещение рекламы. Потому как на микроcхеме TL494 (KA7500) и пуш-пуле синуса 50 или 60 Гц не получишь никогда! Она вообще не работает на таких частотах.

Depending on the cross-section of the transformer core, which is at best a maximum of 4 cm2, a permanent power of 2.5 kW cannot be provided - the transformer burns out. Deliberately missing the ampere rating (A) and we all know why. Buy a UPS or have the inverter built by a real expert. This inverter from the video is completely useless. Do you know why your brother won't help you?

Ну а, что самое простое в этом инверторе, так это трансформатор! Данные по нему следует определять по габаритным размерам, сравнивая их с пальцами автора. В общем, подойдет любой похожий, подобранный по своей руке, ведь размеров руки автора у нас тоже нет.

Посчитай, напряжение дуги 50в ток 50 ампер.имеем 2 квт. Кпд сварочного 90% и кпд инвертора 90%. В сумме потери около 20%. Чтобы получить 2 квт на выходе, вход должен взять 2.4 квт. Т.е. 2400 ватт. Ток при этом 200 ампер. 100 ампер час нового аккумулятора уйдут за 10 мин. И хорошо что он случайно не взорвется.
