I love this technique of yours and I’m trying it now. I’m using shrimp, croaker and periwinkle but wish I had some of those lobster tails. Yummy! Will blend the iru since my husband hates to see it.

@@thekitchenmuse I made it with shrimp, scallops and cod. It turned out really well. I used two habaneros. I’ve never used 4 before. Three is my limit lol. I’m going to be making this all winter. Thank you 💕
