Absolutely. I’m great with cars, but like so many other people, I have a small amount of bodywork experience. The owner always answers questions and his videos are so helpful because he gives you more than one way to do a repair. He also explains the repair so average people understand it, instead of trying to confuse us by showing off how much he knows. We already know he’s an expert but teaches so we can attempt the repair ourselves. Then it’s up to us to get experience and get better with practice.

Ob. Tain approximately a 6 foot section of 1/4 inch. Nylon airbrake line. And fasten it to the end of a blow gun. This way, you can snake the line through any open areas. Blow while you vacuum out another end.

I actually have an example of the contrary, My 08 Mazda 3 was made in Japan. They were not using any Galvanized/Galvanneal/aluminized sheet metal back then. But to my surprise, they primed the hell out of it, thick durable pale grey primer. Unfortunately it didn't save my car, but even the completely rusted and broken driver side rocker still shows some pristine grey primer in the inner rockers.

Very nice, as usual, and thank you. I have a question: If you have rust like that, and after you clean it well, apply some Ospho to convert the rust, then paint over it, will that last a long time assuming the car is kept in the garage and never exposed to rain, snow, or road salts?

Most people never think about making sure their rocker panel drain areas are free. If you own a ford f150 truck starting in 1997 to 2003 in single cab and extended and 4dr supercrew cabs (these are ones I know of in the ford line) The rocker panels have drain rubber plugs only and no other way to drain, so you literally have to take out the rubber plugs once yearly and then take off the inner door rocker covers that are plastic and spray them out and then spray WD40 in them. I know this from my 02 super crew f150. Iearn about each individual vehicles rockers. My 98 dodge ram however has small slots that water can drain out of so its important to make sure they arent clogged

Yes. It just depends on what you prefer. I'm just very used to used cut off wheels. The places I worked never had plasma cutters - just a MIG. The only things you had were air tools - didn't have anything electric except a big ol' heavy buffer.
