How to make Rosemary Bread in a Bread Machine

Rosemary Bread Ingredients:
Water - 1 and 1/2 cups
Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Flour - 4 cups
Dried Rosemary - 3 teaspoons
Instant Yeast - 2 teaspoons
Select the White Bread Setting, 2lb, Light Crust setting on the Bread Machine and press start.
Enjoy when done !! As always each bread machine is a little different so double check your settings before baking.

    That’s great to hear! I have had mine for almost a year and then I had two others before. I would say they are pretty consistent between loaves. The amount that the loaves rise is a little different, but not crazy. I found it pretty much the same. On a personal opinion, I found that I like the light crust option better than the middle or dark setting, but again that’s personal opinion Happy Baking! Thanks for watching!!

    I also have this same machine. I received a hand me down and used it so much it died. I went out and bought a refurbished one from their site. Looked brand new when I received it, really. I have the Emeril T-Fall machine which is good for large loaves. Plus the Emeril one sits on my counter. Low profile space. Cuisinart, not so much The smallest size in the Emril machine is 2lbs. I found with the Cuisinart I wrap my pan in aluminum foil so that the crust doesn’t overcook. These convection ones, IMO, tend to brown the crust past the setting. That allows me to pick the medium setting and not burn. You will love it and look for recipes to make. As soon as this video popped up I asked a friend, do you like rosemary? So I can make this loaf. Several neighbors have fresh rosemary that I can pick. Thanks for these videos. Gives me ideas. I’ve also make sour dough/hybrid loaves in the machine. Endless possibilities. Oh, cakes too.

    Yep, you are so right. Endless possibilities and ease of use are why I like using my bread machine. It is so easy to make some Rosemary bread to go along with dinner like pasta or soup. Thanks for Watching !!

    Does the water have to be warm or from the tap

    If the water is warm the yeast will work better to produce gas and help the dough to rise. Thanks for watching !!
