I don’t specifically make stickers but a lot of the designs I’ve created actually look really nice on the sticker preview. I didn’t think to actually design for stickers because I am not the kind of person that would buy them and didn’t realize others do. I am using canva pro right for my designs and sometimes firealpaca and photopea if I want to do a little bit more editing to the graphics from canva

I make sticker packs and have too many programs to use. :P AI, Photoshop, Inkscape... but honestly I mostly use Paint Shop Pro 7 for setting up sticker packs. I guess it is because I have used it so long I know all the ins and outs so I am comfortable with it. I will use PS, AI, or Inkscape if I need something done that PSP7 can't do but that is a rare event. I even went on Ebay and bought a copy last year for my older sister as she asked me how I get my photos looking so nice. PSP7 filters. :D I hope she uses it to add text to her photos too etc. or make graphics. Also I have a really great set of tiling plug ins for PSP7 that I bought years ago that make awesome seamless tiles. - Heidi

@@DetourShirts I also recently used Photopea on the website because I found I had an EPS file from CF that none of my software would open... not even AI or PS. Photopea got it sorted for me and I was able to get a decent size image then save it as a transparent PNG so I guess I have another graphics tool. :)

Hello! I have a question about text stickers. Just like we have to check copyrights and trademarks for other POD stuff, do we have to do the same for stickers? I mean for famous short words like awesome, cool, be happy, etc kind of words. And is there some website or source where we can get such text ideas for stickers?

Yes we do... same rules apply

So when we're specifically making a design just for a sticker(s), we don't need to save it with a transparent background? I did make a "test" sticker sheet on Canva(free vers.), uploaded it to Printify with all the settings it would've required etc. and then it showed me a preview of what the stickers would look like and they looked just fine. I saved the file as a PNG and that's it. Thanks for any help.

Yes... you still need a transparent background... at least for RedBubble you do

What size should we make our print template for stickers? I got the pixels...is that all we need to specify?

Yup... you just need the pixels

so when doing the decorated text for a sticker we don't need to add an outline to it before we download?

Only if you want to.... the white outline will come for the kiss cut of the sticker

Is Kittl only for POD? Can I save a download to Cricut Or Silhouette for HTV for pop up shows?

Zazzle is a bit overwhelming. They have so much product choice on there. I started with just pet bowls which I love to design. I would pick one thing you enjoy designing and start there... start small. Then branch out later if you find other things you like to design. I believe you can create more than one zazzle shop so could have niche shops. I have one just for the pet bowls, leashes, collars etc. Good luck. :)

Of course, I do tshirts but you should really pick the product that you like. They have some unique products most POD shops don't have. Cards do well.They have wrapping paper. Look at their home page and you will see the type of products they are pushing.

Could you please ask Kittl to make a background remover like canva ? (I'm talking about deleting the background from an image like you do in your youtube thumbnails. you delete the background from the pictures you took of your face. I'm not talking about downloading a design with a transparent background from Kittl)

So many differences... Here are some big ones.... Kittl has beautiful vintage style templates and graphics made by great designers, Kittl can warp text in a variety of ways, Kittl has an amazing font library and text effects, Kittl has textures that can be added to designs.... Canva has a lot more graphics and different styles, Canva can also do video, Canva can work on an iPad and has an app for it, Canva can crop graphics... theres more but those are the ones that stand out

Hu juna Please I made sales on redbublle, but the profit is little, even though I set it in the price settings. There is somthing i don't now it?

Hello, I watched the step by step in description and still did not see where to put kittl information. As a beginning free account I am unable to change size , remove background and it says pictures are low res. Not sure if these will print on red bubble, can you advise please?

No... the free version is not meant to be used for print on demand... it's really just a way to learn how to use it and see if you like it.
