I want to try this recipe! (Have to see if an Asian market around here sells the roux) A friend from Nepal taught me how to make curry a couple hundred years ago and it looks similar,but it is tomato based. I hope you do more videos like this! 💓

Also, if you find Bulgaria yogurt in Japan, you should definitely try it, in my country we eat it with various dishes (best with Bulgarian mousaka), but in my opinion, its flavor combines the best with sweet things such as biscuits, cereal, and fruit!!!
