Usually i'm using only one, the one that is (8.5 in x 12 in)

I truly despise my curio. I can't get it to cut anything, the blade is seated in there correctly and clamped in but the blade is about 5 mm away from the cutting sheet no matter how far out I have it set. When I try using more of the mats (2 of the 2 level thickness mats) it says it can't register and won't even attempt to cut. I've never successfully gotten this terrible tool to work and there seem to be no resources on how to fix my issues.

@@flydesign-freesvgeveryweek4360 hello thank u for ur reply. i tried it just now but i am having a problem of the blade not even touching my paper though i already loaded all platforms. i set blade on 2 too. just in case u encountered the same before, how did you go about it? really thanks
