Potato Croquette Recipe:
5 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup corn, drained
1 tsp salt, separated (1/2 tsp for ground beef, 1/2 tsp for mashed potatoes)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lbs ground beef or choice of protein
1 cup flour
3 eggs
2-3 cups panko
