This is the best tutorial on this subject that I've seen on KZread and I've watched a lot. I'm rebuilding my front porch railings and posts myself and have never attempted this type of a project. Seeing how you fastened the balusters to top & bottom strips first and then attached the assembly to the top & bottom rails was very helpful.

I have been researching for weeks and have watched countless videos on the subject matter and there is only 1 other video by This Old House that kindaaa explains the process but not like you!!! We built this railing on our new build farmhouse. It was inexpensive and exactly what we were looking for. It’s very sturdy but not too bulky looking.
