You, Sir, are a master! First time I've seen how to gut bell peppers. Only the second time how to trim cauliflower, which happened to be by another french chef. Used red onion, which lost it's color. Red bell pepper kept it's color. I'll be sure to use yellow pepper for it's sunshine 🌞

Just made this. I used a tbsp of cornflour and about 1.5 tbsp of turmeric and it's delicious. Many thanks for the recipe.

To make good piccalilli, one must first prepare a form of antipersonnel gas. Haha! But the end result is worth it. Thank you for these entertaining and informative videos!

Hi, a question for Julien, is that an induction hob you use on the counter top?, I will be making the piccalilli tonight & the ham hock terrine next week. really good down to earth vids you are doing, no fancy pants crap, all the best, Chris.
