How to Make Party Jollof With Just Tomato Paste Aka Tin Tomato
Let me share this perfect Party Jollof Rice recipe with you guys, you don’t have to break a bank in order to make a perfect Jollof rice, just like this saying “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” 😀. This rice got you anytime! I must confess this is one of the tastiest Jollof I have ever teased!
Ingredients
Blended mix:
1 medium size of red onion & 1/2 cut of brown onion
3 inch of ginger
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive
1/2 cut of brown onion to fry
12oz or 1.5 cup of tomato paste / tin tomato
Bay leaf
1/2 tbsp of thyme
1/2 tbsp of curry
6 cups of per-boiled rice : throughly wash rice with warm water until rice water is plain.
Salt to taste
2 pairs of bouillon cubes
4.5 cups of meat stock or water or mix
12oz of mix vegetables
Cook rice over very low heat for 50-1hr😊

Garlic and ginger is not a must for any food my dear, just use tomatoes, pepper and any seasoning that you have and follow the step. You will definitely arrive with a tasty and perfect texture jollof rice.
