Hope you all enjoy the video! Here's a list of some questions some of you may want to know! Q-I don't or can't find the liquid smoke? A- Use worcestershire sauce. Q- I can't find the seasonings in my area? A- If you have either one of the seasonings I mentioned in this video would work. If you only have creole seasoning just use that. If you have some good seasonings that's native to the area in which you live you can use those as well. Q- Can I use wings or chicken breasts? A- I don't recommend it for this recipe because the baking times for the wings and chicken breasts take less time to bake. If you want to use chicken wings or chicken breasts then baking time should be reduced. Q- I don't have a broiler under my oven. Just about every oven has a broiler. Some ovens don't. If you don't have a broiler under your oven. Place chicken into a preheated 450 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. Q- My Chicken came out Raw despite the baking time what did I do wrong? A- Every chicken is not the same size. Everyone's oven and baking pan is not the same. Baking times vary so it could take a longer or shorter period of time to bake depending on the size of the chicken. Place chicken back into oven and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. If your chicken pieces are bigger than the one's I have on this recipe, chances are you need to bake it at least 10 to 15 minutes longer. Also the baking time has increased for this recipe so 1 hour and 20 minutes is a good baking time!

Pardon me for just a minute! Charlie, Charlie ,Charrrrliiee? I've never on KZread seen, a damn video where not only does the BBQ chicken look good before BBQ is even added, but after it's added and then...(sighs), To top it off, in the description box it's a list of questions and answers about the recipe plus ingredients!!! To say that's not enough, you made your own BBQ sauce😱😱, from scratch!!! Usually I look up a recipe for BBQ chicken, and u get sauce from out the bottle. I don't see how anyone can't appreciate the time and effort put into these videos. All those views and no dislikes let's me know how much people appreciate your videos. Thanks so much Charlie. This is a great recipe Charlie! So many bbq chicken recipes just call for bottled bbq sauce, it’s great to find a recipe where everything is fresh and truly made from scratch!

This is something I know I can make and I've never thought of using the juices from the chicken to baste them. They looked so good and crisp. Oh yeah I always do this. I learned from my Grandmother just from watching her do this like adding the butter into the pan and basting the chicken. I got that from her! It's better to make it from scratch than buying it. Plus with all the multiple ingredients you have you can make it several times before you run out! You're welcome and you have a great day as well!

I like using a rack under the chicken so it doesn't soak in the juices and lets the bottom get crispier from heat. Also I like adding a little liquid smoke since I don't have an actual smoker.

Yes that sounds like a good idea! I don't have a rack for my pans. It would have been good to have a rack especially when I coated the chicken with the barbecue sauce! I thought about that when I was adding the barbecue sauce on to the chicken!

I appreciate the compliment. I don't understand myself why I am still small after eating all of this food. I guess it's high metabolism, genetics and me being active that plays a role in me staying small.
