This was my first flambe! I was very nervous but the taste made it worth it.

Thank you for this video Charlie!!! Bananas Foster is a favorite of my wife and I. We first tried Bananas Foster at a restaurant in Hot Springs called Ronaldo’s and were blown away. Maybe one night with the help from your video I will surprise her by making this.

Hello Charlie and thank you again. I don’t use alcohol either, but I do this and put them in my pancake batter. Then I use the leftover sauce for my pecans and top them on he pancakes.

Not a problem Shannon! The alcohol will completely evaporate once you cook it so there will be nothing left of it. The pecans is a good idea. I may have to try that next time. Thanks!
