Watching your videos while trying to eat has helped tremendously in just making the whole thing less daunting because you make food an even more beautiful experience than it already must be for so many people because of the humour and bubbly commentary you give and that's certainly touched me as well. This remind me when I was made ramen from scratch with vegan broth. I also knead the ramen dough with my foot but sadly I didn't have any pasta roller or rolling pin so I used glass bottle instead. I literally spent half a day just to made 4 servings of ramen. It was really tiring but exciting at the same time. I was so proud with the result and my family loved it. Anyway your ramen recipe looks mouthwatering. I'm gonna try it next time :)

That style of skein (where the twine comes from the middle) is called a cake! A cake of yarn or twine can be made from any skein by winding it around your thumb or using a special tool. I only use cakes while knitting, because they’re so much easier to work with, and it’s definitely worth the time to make one. The tool is only around $20. I’ve never regretted the purchase. Haha
