Don't worry about actually learning to be a photographer. All you need is a camera that is not a phone, these few tips right here, and a flash would be dandy. I hope you are looking to build your portfolio at paint drying or grass growing events where nothing moves. Because all you will get with these "settings", no shutter speed,or idea idea how a camera works is dark and or blurry shots. This will not work. You need to learn how to be a photographer, network, build a real portfolio, and get referrals. Yes, you can do this at local events for free to get started. But your work will have to actually be good to get paid.

Really no offense to what you said. But if anyone needs the tips you provided for shooting properly, they aren’t ready for a “photography business”.

Yea , I did that, I sent a bunch of nice emails to my local convenience and I have got 0 replies. The 1 reply I got was mentioning that my "budget is to high" lol , they don't want to pay the price, even i gave the lowest price possible fr. its very hard

I still don’t get how can you monetize it. Yea sure, you start taking great event photos and then what? Who is going to buy it from a random photographer when big event organizers already have their own photographers anyway.
