Hello, I believe she bought the bean flour. But for the process of doing it from scratch yourself. I soak my beans for 2 days to ferment a bit so it gets rid of the gases and it’s more digestible (for me anyways), then drain and wash off the skin which by then is loose, I then dry it outside or with my dehydrator until completely dry and then take it for blending into a flour for when I started I used to blend with Emmy own blender but now I make a big batch so I take it to a local mill, I do a lot because I use the bean flour for moin moin, akara and gbegiri soup. Istore my flour in a airtight container in the freezer. Hope this helps
