(3 bottles of pa daek) (1 bottle of three crab )1 bottle of fish sauce tiparot )(1 crab paste)(1 shrimp paste )(1 pack of tamarind )(1 bottles Anykind of fish sauce mix with tamarind)do not add water add 2 scoops of sugar

    I make the sauce but for me I don't like the sauce because is too salty. If u don't like too salty then reduce the fish sauce. That's just my opinion....thanks kay for showing us how to make it...

    Lilly Vang I used 1 bottle of padek, can of shrimp paste, 1 bottle of fish sauce, 1 pack of tamarind, 2 cups of sugar. The sauce came out too salty for me. I added another 8 tablespoon of sugar to balance out the saltiness. Next time I’ll use half a bottle of fish sauce.
