don't you need to first dry shake (without ice) when you using egg yoke ? and after that add ice and shake it

Instead of shaking so long you can give it a quick dry shake(without ice) to whip the egg white

No need if you shake it well for long longg longggg time like them.

It's definitely better to dry shake. That way you will get better formed foam because shaking with ice breaks foam, never mind how hard and long you shake. Also you can use reverse dry shake if you need to chill liquids

Sometimes you pay as you order, others you have a tab, I usually pay when I order if it’s busy, so I I can enjoy my time without worrying if I paid or not.
