Actually, you can but for me since I want to preserve the nutritional value, I just roasted the dried leaves briefly just to make the leaves crisp enough for powdering…

Hindi po siya Malungay Coffee kundi malungay drink. Ang Malungay coffee same siya ng process ng Kape.
