Will you please explain me what the meaning of rasterise layer, mean I know what it means a word "rasterize" but why we have to turn any object into raster first for some times?

Because we can not edit the layer when it is a smart object so we should rastrize the layer so it turns to pixels and we can edit it like a normal picture

Having an experience in photoshop helps understand this and I'm sure you found out by now, but for anyone else who will come into this comment wondering the same thing, basically you can't edit certain layers without rastrizing it. For example, shapes or texts. I typically like to rastrize a layer when I'm going to move a shape to another file. (this way it copies the color rather than replacing the color with the color selections you have on photoshop.)
