Looks AMAZING ! Question: What temperature do you finish the pork belly roll during the 3rd hour (after the aluminum foil is removed) to crisp up the skin ? Is it also 200 Centigrade? Also, once it is ready to serve, what do you do with the spices (especially the lemon grass and whole green onions) ? Thanks !

Hello first of all thanks for taking time to watch the whole video , much appreciated 😊 Answer to your questions It was 175 C but keeping an eye always to check from time to time and turning sides .. all the ingredients that was inside the belly was thrown 😊sorry my english is not that good 😌 🙈🙈🙈

Sarap nagawa ko siya last week panalo, kaso yun foil dumikit sa balat. Ilang roll po ba ng foil para di dumikit yun kasi yun first 2 hours dumikit yun foil though it has oil.

You do not need to pre heat a turbo. The volume is very small. Preheating is done only for bigger volume ovens or gadgets

My turbo is the conventional one ung Luma…🤭turbo broiler lang Meron dun eh 2 hours with the foil and 1 hour without foil . Hope you watch the whole video po kasi Andun po lahat
