Here in batam island, indonesia. There is this indian uncle who sells roti canai n paratha as a breakfast which is really delicious. In just 2 hours, everything he makes is sold out. Totally legit.
The end is my favorite part...when he claps the roti😍

The ingredients are so simple that at first you think you'll get it fast, but no. Ive been practicing and perfectioning my recipe since the start quarantine. A slight change in the quantity, technique, humidity/moisture in the dough can affect the texture and taste. I got the hang of it but damn every time I make it, it's a bit different! Now, don't get me started on Indian sweets! They're my favorites but soooo difficult to master.

His ingredients are very simple, I'm sure they'll taste like old school parothas. I could war them anytime of the day. I find parothas nowadays can be overly sweet. If only I can see how he makes his dhal curry and egg parothas.

Many people commenting on hygiene. That check cloth he wiping is not his dress, its called 'thorthu mund' he only uses it while cooking. He wears it over trousers or 'dhothie'.he will wash that very well after each use & left it to drain somewhere near the spot. This is the daily routine if he is a good porota man. Personally i know a guy who makes this.

I did my best to find out why somany people Dislike such a nice video , taken during making such typical and absolutely different Paratha which looks so nice and it will be surly very tasty too i am very confident , but i could not find any reason except one , the Grapes are Sauer . This man is so perfect and full of self confidence , the way he moves , uses his hands , just like an expert who is the master of his creation . His way of treating the matirial is getting the best out of it . It is very hard work and i hope he gets some good earning for making such wonderful and tasty parathas . I never saw somany stupids who dont have a proper reason but they dont like it . He took really very good care of preseving his matrial after preptaions . I wished i could get it , warm and crispy . Just wonderful for everyone old and yong .

Not to mention the accelerant he was using to get the flames going. He was squirting it just below the grill. I kept thinking : What about splashback onto the paratha's? Not to mention cross-contamination, because he's holding that green bottle with the accelerant, and I didn't see him wash his hands after handling it. Gross. Enjoy your light, flaky cancerous paratha.

Gross.
