Just made this today. I had some lamb neck end in the freezer and defrosted it last night. Oh how delicious this recipe is. My son added more heat to his portion but the masala sauce was such a good texture and so flavoursome. I could eat it all over again right now. Enjoy breaking your fast this evening and enjoy Eid which is not far away. Good video, clear instructions, easily available ingredients.

I made this and it was fantastic usually when making curries as I have made a few before, you have to make a big pan of yellow base gravy, not with this recipe, me and my friend really enjoyed this, thank you and subscribed 😃

Asif, thanks for your comment. Everyone cooks differently and if you want to skimp on the masala then I'd understand the use of less onions.. but I wanted a good amount of masala hence why I used them! I love my onions! Lol 😊👍

George, yes you can add chillies into this. I normally add them towards the end of the cook. Yes I do plan on doing an updated version very soon.

Thanks for your comment Mo, the cinnamon stick and cardamom pods add their unique flavour which penetrates into the masala, giving it a really nice, deep earthy flavour. These two whole spices compliment each other when added to any dish! Hope that helps! 😊👍

Hi Sara, if you tell your butcher to cut each peice of lamb chop roughly about an inch to an inch and half as any thicker will take longer to cook. Hope that helps! 😊

Yes, absolutely. Depends on how big or small your peices are. Anything between 15-25mins. Maybe longer if you use mutton.
