How to make jesses in falconry
Спорт
Falconers and austringers like to make the thin leather straps used to tether their birds and Roy Lupton is no exception. Here he shows how to do it. This film first appeared in Fieldsports Britain, episode 9. To watch the whole show go to Fcha.nl/fieldsportsbritain9

I've been out of the sprort for 14 yrs. and boy, has the sport changed. That was hi-tech leather cutting equipment. I used a metal ruler and straight razorblade from a box cutter. Impressive Roy!
Great footage Roy
Great Video! Thanks for sharing.
Great video
That's a skilled hawker

That wasn't exactly a "how to make jesses". That was more of an "I'm making jesses". Not very descriptive at all. :(
Hey I saw that video of Roy Rehabilitating that injured Golden Eagle. I had to comment on it. The law was intended to protect the animal. By them taking that eagle out of an experienced handlers care is a pure demonstration of over zealous people. Their intentions was more of a way to make a stupid point rather then protect the animal. They showed a pure lack of common sense and should be held responsible. GOOD JOB ROY and horrible job for those who are suppose to understand the law
